Return Window
You may request a return or refund within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Returns beyond this period are not eligible for full refunds.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used tea products
- Tea sachets removed from original boxes
- Personalized or custom orders
- Gift cards
- Products marked as clearance or non-returnable
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:
- Email us at mail@fadna.com with your order number and the issue.
- Send your item to the address listed below for review.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will email you with approval or rejection status.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- Recheck your bank or card account.
- Contact your card provider for potential delays.
- If still unresolved, email us at mail@fadna.com.
Gift Returns
- You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return if it was marked as a gift.
- If the gift wasn’t marked, the refund will be issued to the purchaser.

International Orders
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders due to customs limitations. If you received a damaged product, please contact mail@fadna.com.
